Calculation of splitting time for running
Splitting consists to repeat a running period and a recovery period to develop the aerobic power or the aerobic endurance.
These training exercises are required for improvement of performances.
N.B.
• For power, the calculator gives only one set of splits. One, two or three sets are required depending on the level and need.
%MAS is usually chosen around 100.
• For endurance, the calculator gives a unique set of splits.
%MAS is usually chosen between the best %MAS for the distance and the %MAS max.
